POLICY
Hello!
Below is a detailed outline of my policies. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. Once you have committed to purchasing an item, that that tells me you have read and understood each section below.
As this is a small independently run business, please be aware that the current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for shipping from purchase date. I handmake each item for you at time of purchase unless otherwise noted as "READY TO SHIP." Occasionally events happen with my casters or other suppliers that are out of my control. If you are purchasing a gift for a certain date, I recommend letting me know in the "notes to seller" section at time of checkout. I can't definitively accommodate all time sensitive orders depending on when you purchase, but I will do my best!
Shipping
Items ship within 3-4 weeks from time of purchase.
US customers should expect to receive their item between 2-5 days once the order has shipped within the stated 3-4 week turnaround time for creation.
International customers can expect to receive their order between 10 days - 2 months in extreme cases and usually dependent on your country's custom laws, once the order has shipped within the stated 3-4 week turnaround time for creation.
US FRIENDS:
I ship all of my work securely via USPS priority mail services. This includes tracking, but does not included insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please email me prior to purchase and I will set up a custom listing for you. If during my turn around time you decide you would like to add insurance, please contact me and we will set up an option of payment for this additional fee.
Please understand if you decline to add this service and your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to USPS or other factors out of my control, please know I am not responsible. I am very firm on this policy. Insurance protects your purchase should any of these fates befall your package once it's left my hands, I highly recommend it.
Payment
Paypal: It's easy to use and can be linked up to either your bank account or credit card. The site is very secure and the customer service people are very helpful.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of my work, I don't accept returns nor issue refunds. Think carefully about your purchase before buying. Rings are custom made to fit your finger, and cuffs are custome made to fit your wrist, please make sure you send me the right size. If you need help with sizing, let me know & I will help you. I take quality pictures of my work and provide accurate descriptions for your consideration. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Please know I am very firm on my refund policy. Make an informed purchase by carefully reading through my policy section as well as by asking me any questions you may have about an item before purchasing it.
With all of this said, it's my upmost goal to that you are happy with your new purchase. Should you have any concerns once you receive your order, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to form a resolution.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that patina is not permanent. However, with a little extra care, oxidized pieces can retain their coloring for years. It's best not to wear your new piece of jewelry whilst bathing, swimming, washing dishes or clothing and anything else that involves submerging the piece in water.
If either your patina has worn off or you would like your piece re-polished, please contact me and I can either re-oxidize or polish your piece for a small fee!
